Política de privacidad

Llega sin estrés y ahorra a lo grande: tu viaje tranquilo está a solo un clic de distancia.

Effective Date: 14/10/2026
Airport Taxi Hub LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and store your personal data when you use our services, visit our website, or otherwise interact with us. It also describes your rights under applicable data protection laws including the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the United Kingdom's Data Protection Act 2018 (incorporating the UK GDPR), and U.S. privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

1. Who We Are

Company Name: Airport Taxi Hub LLC
Registered in Delaware, USA
Registered Office: 1111B S Governors Ave STE 26937 Dover, DE 19904
Contact Email: support@airporttaxihub.com
We act as an agent to help you book airport taxi transfers through independent transport providers (referred to as “Suppliers” or “Principals”). This Policy covers any personal data we collect in relation to these services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Data You Provide Voluntarily

Contact Details: Name, email address, phone number.
Booking Details: Pick-up and drop-off addresses, flight information, preferred date/time, special requests (e.g., child seats, accessibility needs, pets).
Payment Information: Card details (processed via our third-party payment processors), billing address, and transaction details.
Communication Records: Messages, emails, or calls you send to our customer support for inquiries or complaints.
Account Details: your email address and records of your sign-in sessions (see Section 12).

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

Device and Browser Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device details.
Usage Data: Pages visited on our website, links clicked, time spent on each page.
Cookies and Similar Technologies: Small data files stored on your device to enhance your online experience. For more details, see Section 7 (Cookies and Tracking Technologies).
Booking Attribution: When you book on our website, we record with your booking how you arrived on that visit (or on an earlier one, as described below): the page you first landed on, the website that sent you (its address without any query details), any campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters), the Google Ads click identifier (gclid) if you came from one of our adverts, and the Google Analytics identifiers for your browser and visit if those cookies are present. We use this to understand which of our marketing leads to bookings, and we keep it as part of your booking record for the period described in Section 5.1. If you arrived from one of our adverts or a link with campaign tags and you accept advertising cookies in our cookie banner, we also remember those arrival details (not the Google Analytics identifiers) on your device for 30 days, in a cookie called ath-ad-attribution, so that a booking you make on a later visit within that time is credited to the visit that first brought you; if you turn advertising cookies off, the cookie is deleted. When you pay, we report the purchase (booking reference, amount and vehicle type) to Google Analytics together with those Google Analytics identifiers.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

Payment Processors: We may receive limited transaction data confirming payment status (e.g., last four digits of your card, expiry date).
Marketing/Analytics Platforms: We may obtain aggregated insights that help us understand how you interact with our ads or website (e.g., conversion data).

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your personal data only when we have a lawful basis under applicable data protection laws. Depending on the context, our lawful bases include consent, contractual necessity, legal obligation, and legitimate interests.

Booking and Service Delivery

To process and confirm your transfer bookings.
To communicate with you about booking-related matters (e.g., confirmation, updates, changes).

Customer Support

To respond to your inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide assistance.

Service Improvements

To analyze usage trends, improve our website functionality, and enhance user experience.

Legal and Compliance

To comply with applicable laws, protect against fraud, and maintain our internal records.

Marketing Communications

To send you promotional offers or service updates if you've explicitly opted in to receive such communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. How We Share Your Data

4.1 With Transport Providers (Suppliers/Principals)

We share necessary booking details (e.g., name, pick-up/drop-off location, phone number) to fulfill your transfer.

4.2 With Payment Processors

Your payment data is handled securely via our third-party payment processors i.e. Stripe and Revlolut. We do not store full card details on our servers.

4.3 With Service Providers

We use reputable third parties for hosting (Vercel, Cloudflare and Neon), email delivery (Mailjet), error monitoring (Sentry), analytics, mapping and location services (Google Maps Platform), and marketing. They are contractually obligated to process your data only under our instructions and protect it accordingly.

4.4 With Legal Authorities

We will disclose your data if legally required to do so, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of our customers or others.

4.5 Business Transfers

If we undergo a business transaction (e.g., merger, acquisition), your data may be transferred. We will notify you if this occurs and such data will remain subject to this Privacy Policy.

4.6 AI-Assisted Booking Import

In some cases we create bookings from information supplied to us as an uploaded screenshot or pasted text (for example, a partner day-sheet or an email that may contain passenger names, contact details, pick-up and drop-off addresses, and trip details). To read these accurately, we send that image or text to a third-party artificial intelligence provider that extracts the booking details for us. We do not store the uploaded image or text; this processing is transient on our side. Our AI provider for this purpose is Anthropic, based in the United States. Anthropic may retain the information we send for up to 30 days for trust and safety purposes and does not use it to train its models.

5. Data Retention and Security

5.1 Retention Period

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy and to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Typically, we retain booking records for up to three (3) years after your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required by law or for legitimate business interests (e.g., legal claims). We keep your sign-in account until you ask us to delete it. Deleting it does not delete your booking records, which we keep for the period above.

5.2 Security Measures

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect data in transit.
Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel who require it for their job responsibilities.
We regularly review our security measures to maintain data integrity and protect against unauthorized access.

6. Your Rights and Privacy Regulations

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

European Union & United Kingdom

Under the GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (UK GDPR), you have rights including:

  • Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right of Rectification: Ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary for its original purpose or if you withdraw consent.
  • Right to Restrict Processing: Limit the processing of your data under certain circumstances.
  • Right to Data Portability: Receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used format and/or request we transfer it to another controller.
  • Right to Object: Object to certain processing activities, including direct marketing.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

United States (e.g., California Residents)

If you are a resident of California or another state with specific privacy laws, you may have additional rights, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. For details, please refer to our CCPA (or applicable state law) disclosures or contact us.

To exercise your rights, please contact us at support@airporttaxihub.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

7.1 What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help improve site functionality, remember your preferences, and personalize content.

7.2 Types of Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies: Required for website operation (e.g., maintaining session continuity).
Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how visitors use our site so we can improve the user experience.
Marketing Cookies: Track browsing habits to serve more relevant ads.

7.3 Cookie Consent

When you visit our site, you may see a cookie consent banner. Analytics and advertising cookies, including those of Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity, are controlled through that banner, and you can change your choices at any time with the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of every page. A few cookies we set ourselves are not controlled by the banner; our Cookie Policy lists every cookie we use and what it is for.

7.4 Managing Cookies

You can disable or delete cookies anytime in your browser settings. Note that blocking certain cookies may affect site performance.

8. International Data Transfers

We operate internationally, including in the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union. Personal data may be transferred and processed in jurisdictions outside your own, including our primary operations in Delaware, USA. When transferring data from the EU or UK to other regions, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally recognized mechanisms.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have unintentionally collected such data, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page indicates when the latest modifications were made. Any significant updates will be communicated to you via our website or by email.

11. Using Airport Taxi Hub Inside AI Assistants

You can ask for Airport Taxi Hub prices inside an AI assistant such as ChatGPT. When you do, the assistant sends our server only what is needed to price a journey: the pick-up and drop-off place names you typed (which we resolve to map locations using Google Places), the pick-up date and time, passenger and luggage counts, and your assistant's language setting. We do not receive your name, contact details, payment details or account identity from the assistant.

To protect the service from abuse, the assistant gives us an anonymised identifier for you, which we hash and use only to limit request rates; we do not store it. Prices are calculated by our own systems. A booking is only created when you continue to airporttaxihub.com, where this Privacy Policy applies in full and where your journey, contact and payment details are collected directly by us. The link from the assistant to our website carries the journey you chose, a source tag so we can measure the channel, and a short non-reversible code derived from your conversation so we can tell that a booking came from the assistant. None of these identify you. Quotes shown in the assistant expire after 30 minutes.

12. Your Booking Account and Sign-In

You can see and manage your bookings on our website without a password.

Signing in: we email a six-digit code to the address you enter. It works for 10 minutes, and we store only a scrambled (hashed) copy of it. The first time you sign in, we create an account holding your email address. For each sign-in we keep a session record, including the IP address and browser type used. If you choose “Keep me signed in”, you stay signed in for up to 60 days after your last visit. If you do not, you are signed out when you close your browser, and after 24 hours at most.

My bookings: your account shows the paid bookings made with your email address, including bookings a hotel or other partner made for you with that address. Anyone who can read your email could sign in and see them, so please keep your email account secure.

Booking links: your booking emails contain a private link that lets you manage that booking, including cancelling it, without signing in. It works for up to one year, so please do not forward it. Opening it sets a cookie on your device for up to 30 days, or 2 hours if you opened it straight after paying. Looking up a booking with its reference and email address sets a view-only cookie for 24 hours. If you ask us to resend a link, we only send it to the email address on the booking.

Sharing your trip: you can create a view-only link to your trip. It shows the pick-up and drop-off places, date and time, flight number, vehicle type, number of passengers and cases, and the driver's live map once the driver is on the way. It does not show your name, contact details or price, and it cannot change or cancel the booking. It works until you switch it off, which stops every copy at once. We do not run analytics, advertising or cookie banner tools on that page.

Cancelling: if you cancel at least 24 hours before pick-up, we refund your card in full through Stripe, email you a confirmation and tell the transport provider.

Emails go through Mailjet, our email provider, with link and open tracking switched off on sign-in and booking-link emails. Our error monitoring service, Sentry, receives error reports with sign-in and booking-link details removed. The cookies used for these features are strictly necessary, so they are set without your cookie banner choice. Our Cookie Policy lists each one.

We use this information to provide the account and booking management you ask for, and to keep accounts secure and prevent misuse.
