How much is an airport taxi?
It depends on the distance and the car. On our popular routes, a saloon costs from £16.08 (Faro Airport to Faro town centre) to £144 (Heathrow Airport to Cambridge), for the whole car. Every airport page lists its fares, checked daily.
My flight is delayed. Do I need to tell you?
No. We track your flight number, so your pick-up moves with the real landing time and you still get 60 minutes free waiting after your flight lands. If your flight number changes or you are diverted, message us on WhatsApp or call us.
Can I cancel for free?
Yes, if you cancel more than 24 hours before your pick-up. Inside 24 hours the full fare is charged. Message us on WhatsApp, use live chat or email support@airporttaxihub.com with your booking reference.
How do I change my booking?
Contact us at least 24 hours before your pick-up with your booking reference. If the new journey costs more, we send you a secure link to pay the difference.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
You pay online when you book, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and there is nothing to pay the driver. Stripe processes the payment and we never store your card.
